With over a decade of experience in family office operations, property management, logistics, and construction, his ability to oversee complex projects with precision and strategic foresight makes him an invaluable asset to MitigateNow’s leadership.

Adam’s professional journey includes co-founding Ember Defense, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering wildfire defense solutions and building the company from the ground up. Fully immersed in the industry for nearly a decade, he’s helped set new standards in wildfire mitigation—personally assessing over 3,000 properties and leading everything from installations to key partnerships with insurers and fire professionals. His work has been instrumental in bridging field experience with client-facing trust.

As an Advisor and Board Member for MitigateNow, Adam offers both deep operational experience and long-range vision. His commitment to education, innovation, and proactive problem-solving helps shape the company’s direction as it scales fire resilience solutions across diverse markets.

Outside of work, Adam is an avid birder and airboat enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his wife and business partner, who shares his passion for excellence and building meaningful relationships. Guided by the wisdom of his grandfather’s mantra, “If you get to it and don’t do it, you may never get to it to do it again,” Adam continues to push boundaries and set new standards of success.
