Raechel is a dynamic, highly skilled professional with two decades of experience in project management and business development—specializing in high-stakes client services and strategic partnerships. Her ability to oversee complex initiatives, foster key relationships, and ensure seamless execution across all areas of the business makes her a trusted voice on MitigateNow’s advisory board.

Her career is rooted in high-end real estate development, where she spent over 16 years as an executive assistant to a premier developer, supporting luxury residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects—including data centers and undersea cable installations. She later transitioned to Ember Defense, where she was instrumental in business administration, program development, and sales strategy—sharpening her focus on client advocacy and risk management.

As an Advisor and Board Member for MitigateNow, Raechel brings deep institutional knowledge, operational rigor, and an unwavering commitment to growth and excellence. Her background in navigating contracts, executive collaboration, and high-value project execution ensures the company is supported with strategic clarity and day-to-day insight.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking elaborate meals, planning events, and exploring new destinations with her husband and French bulldog.
