Brooke Gage

Brooke Gage

Co-Founder, Operations

Brooke has spent her career turning complex operations into streamlined, human-first systems that actually work—and work well. Early in her journey, she served as an Executive Assistant and later a Project Manager for a high-end residential builder, supporting teams across Nevada, California, and Hawaii. From managing vendors and contracts to creating standardized processes that held up across job sites, Brooke learned quickly that excellence comes from the details—and from the people behind them.

Matt Gage

Matt Gage

Co-Founder, Contractor Services

Matt has built his career on high-end client service, precision craftsmanship, and a philosophy of uncompromising quality—believing that if something is 99% right, it’s still 1% wrong. He began his professional journey in woodworking and CNC machining, where attention to detail wasn’t optional—it was foundational. That mindset carried into a leadership role in high-end guitar manufacturing, where Matt oversaw production, vendor relationships, and customer experience with the same relentless standard of excellence.

Our Promise

We don’t just connect people — we stand behind the quality, care, and integrity of every part of the process. Whether you’re protecting your home or building your business, our promise is to deliver support, service, and standards you can count on.

  1. Trustworthy Professionals
We carefully vet every contractor in our network. That means verifying licenses, insurance, experience, and ethics. You can feel confident knowing the person at your door is qualified and committed to doing the job right.
  2. High Standards, Always
We don’t believe in cutting corners. Every mitigation recommendation and installation is based on current best practices, safety guidelines, and compliance with local codes — often going above and beyond what’s required.
  3. Reliable Products
We only work with products and manufacturers we trust — ones that have been tested, verified, and proven to perform when it matters most. If it’s not good enough for our own homes, we don’t recommend it.
  4. Ongoing Support
Questions come up — before, during, and after the job. Whether you’re a homeowner or a contractor, we’re here to offer expert advice, product guidance, and honest answers every step of the way.
  5. People Over Profits
We’re not in this to make a quick sale. We’re here to create safer communities, protect homes, and support contractors who care about doing things right. That means real solutions, not scare tactics — and a commitment to doing what’s best for the people we serve.
