Professional Background & Leadership Experience

Raechel’s career began in high‑end real estate development, where she spent sixteen years as executive assistant to a premier developer. She supported luxury residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including data centers and undersea cable installations. 

Since this work called for discretion, precise execution, and careful contract and vendor coordination, it gave her an exceptional understanding of logistics, contract navigation, and project oversight on a global scale.

Her next step led her to Ember Defense, where she focused on business administration, program development, and sales strategy. There, she refined her skills in client advocacy and risk management, helping design programs that improved protection for homeowners in wildfire‑prone areas. Her ability to connect specialized field services with the operational structure and communication needed to deliver them turned complex mitigation goals into achievable outcomes.

As a Co-Founder, Advisor, and Board Member of MitigateNow, Raechel brings deep institutional knowledge and operational rigor to her role. She contributes to corporate governance, strategic partnerships, sales and marketing strategy, and national expansion planning with equal ease. Serving as a thoughtful collaborator, she offers ideas and perspective while supporting the people responsible for carrying the company’s systems, communications, partnerships, and operations forward each day, making sure MitigateNow continues to grow with clarity and integrity.
